Sony’s new 16.2 mega-pixel CMOS sensor has finally made it surface into their cybershot S006 touchscreen mobile. Japanese carrier KDDI is going to offer a 16 mega-pixel Sony Ericsson’s new S006 smartphone. The mobile camera phone is also having a 1Ghz Snapdragon processor, sony’s own operating system, Wi-Fi, FM tuner, GPS, Bluetooth and a 3.3-inch touchscren display.
